Audra Brown is the Director of Business Affairs at Jennifer Ross Business Affairs.
Audra and Jennifer have a long history of collaboration across many business affairs projects and clients that led Audra to finally joining JRBA. Her extensive experience made her the ideal candidate to lead JRBA’s Business Affairs team across all clients. Audra leads the BA team by providing leadership and guidance across all BA projects, specializing in union or non-union talent, drafting non-union talent contracts and facilitating payments with payroll vendors, managing third party signatories, production agreements, production management, insurance, music licensing, stock licensing, template drafting, rights and clearances, licensing third party rights and clearing intellectual property for commercial use.
Before entering business affairs, Audra owned Dramatic Artists Agency, a top SAG/AFTRA-franchised talent agency out of Seattle, Washington. In 2000, Audra joined DDB as a Broadcast Business Affairs Manager. During her time with DDB, Audra did work on projects for Holland America Cruise Line, McDonalds, REI, and more.
In 2003, Audra moved to Los Angeles to work at Deutsch on projects for Mitsubishi, California Cheese, Burger King Canada, and Expedia, before joining David & Goliath to start up their business affairs department. Audra then went on to head up business affairs at the True Agency, 180LA and Pereira O’Dell.
Before joining Jennifer Ross Business Affairs, Audra freelanced for countless advertising agencies including Deutsch, Observatory Marketing, Omelet, Publicis, Anomaly, 72andSunny, Hecho, Wunderman Thompson, and directly for brands such as LA Tourism, Airbnb, GoDaddy, and Meta.
Audra currently lives in Southern California where she enjoys hiking desert trails and exploring the food scene.
