Austin Siterlet is a Contracts Manager at Jennifer Ross Business Affairs who has recently passed the Michigan Bar Exam with license pending.
Austin’s penchant for law and interest in the entertainment industry led him to JRBA where he currently supports clients in legal matters involving Licensing, NDAs, Location Agreements, Vendor Agreements, MSA and SOW review, IP review and clearance, and the evolving legal landscape around emerging technology, such as AI. Austin also supports JRBA by conducting legal research and managing document organization and tracking of contract terms.
Austin received the Presidential Scholarship to attend Siena Heights University, where he graduated Magna Cum Laude with his Bachelor’s in Political Science. During his time there, Austin was given the department awards for philosophy and political science for his studies in those fields, while captaining both the soccer and track teams. Austin acquired his Juris Doctorate from The University of Toledo College of Law, where he was a member of the Criminal Law Society, and competed in mock trial competitions.
While studying at the University of Toledo, Austin worked in the Toledo Law Tax Controversy Clinic offering free representation to low income members of the community. He then went on to work for Lakeshore Legal Aid in eviction prevention by representing low income individuals through litigation, negotiating settlement agreements, and legal research.
Austin currently resides in Michigan where he pursues his passion for running, hiking, and soccer.
